Leon Gray, known by his stage name Hot Dollar, is a talented rapper. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, and grew up in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Later, he moved to Compton, California, which became his base.
Hot Dollar is most famous for his 2007 song "Two Steppin' (Streets on Lock)". This song uses a "sample" from another famous track. A sample means a small part of an existing song is used in a new one. In this case, he sampled Tupac's well-known song "All Eyes On Me". Famous rappers Rick Ross and Gucci Mane also appeared on a special remix of "Two Steppin' (Streets on Lock)".
More recently, Hot Dollar released a new song in October 2011. This single was called "Where Is The Love At?".
