About the Icon Towers

The Icon Towers are a pair of modern skyscrapers located right in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta. They are called "twin towers" because there are two of them. These buildings are mainly used for homes, but they also have shops and offices on their lower floors.

Tower Heights and Floors

The north tower is taller, standing at about 112 meters (367 feet) with 35 floors. The south tower is a bit shorter, at about 92 meters (302 feet) with 30 floors. Imagine how many stairs that would be!

When Were They Built?

Building these towers took a few years. Tower I was finished in 2009, and Tower II was completed in 2010. They were built by a company called Graham Construction.

Where Are They Located?

The Icon Towers are on a popular street called 104 Street, which is also known as the "Fourth Street Promenade." This area is known for being a cool and busy spot in downtown Edmonton.
