Ignacio Ariel Serricchio (born April 19, 1982) is an Argentine actor known for his roles in many popular American television shows. He is famous for playing the pilot Don West in the Netflix series Lost in Space.

Early Life and Acting Start
Ignacio Serricchio was born in Lanús, Argentina. He later moved to the United States and studied acting at Syracuse University.
In 2004, he got his first major role on the TV show General Hospital, a type of long-running drama series called a soap opera. He played the character Diego Alcazar. He played this role until 2006 and returned for a short time in 2008.
Television and Movie Career
After General Hospital, Serricchio appeared in many other TV shows. He had a recurring role in Ghost Whisperer as Gabriel Lawrence and in Privileged as Luis.
From 2012 to 2014, he played a police detective named Alex Chavez on another popular soap opera, The Young and the Restless. He also played Tommy Cole in the fantasy series Witches of East End.
Major Roles
One of Serricchio's well-known roles was Dr. Rodolfo Fuentes in the crime show Bones. He appeared in nine episodes between 2014 and 2017.
In 2018, he joined the main cast of Lost in Space, a modern version of the classic 1960s TV show. He played Don West, a skilled mechanic and smuggler who becomes a hero. The show ran for three seasons on Netflix.
Serricchio has also acted in movies, including The Wedding Ringer and The Mule.
