Ignazio Moser was born on July 14, 1992. He is an Italian former road and track cyclist. After his cycling career, he became a well-known TV personality in Italy.

Ignazio Moser's Life Story

Ignazio Moser has had two main parts to his career. First, he was a talented cyclist. Later, he became famous for appearing on Italian TV shows.

From Cycling to TV

After stopping his cycling career in September 2014, Ignazio Moser started a new path in Italian TV.

In early 2017, he began commenting on the Giro d'Italia 2017 for Rai 1. This is a very famous bicycle race. Around the same time, he also worked as a commentator for the sports show La grande corsa on Rai 2.

Later in 2017, Ignazio joined the second season of Grande Fratello VIP. This is the Italian version of Celebrity Big Brother, where famous people live together in a house. The show was hosted by Ilary Blasi and aired on Canale 5.

In spring 2021, he appeared on the 15th season of L'isola dei famosi. This show is the Italian version of Survivor, where contestants live on an island. It was also hosted by Ilary Blasi and aired on Canale 5.

Ignazio Moser also worked with his girlfriend, Cecilia Rodriguez. They were special guests on the Italia 1 sports show Giù in 60 secondi - Adrenalina ad alta quota in late 2018. The couple also hosted the reality show Ex on the Beach Italia on MTV Italia. They hosted the second season in 2020, the third season in 2021, and the fourth season in 2022.

His Cycling Career

Before becoming a TV star, Ignazio Moser was a promising cyclist.

In 2010, he became the Italian junior individual pursuit champion. He also finished second in the Italian junior road race championships that year.

In 2012, Moser won a bronze medal. This was at the 2012 European Track Championships in the men's team pursuit event. He also competed in the team pursuit at the 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.

Ignazio Moser decided to retire from cycling in September 2014. This was after winning a stage at the Tour de Guadeloupe in August 2014. He said he no longer felt motivated to continue racing. He planned to gain work experience and then work in his family's vineyards and winery.

Family Life

Ignazio Moser comes from a famous family of cyclists. His father is Francesco Moser, who was a very successful cyclist. His uncles, Aldo Moser, Diego Moser, and Enzo Moser, were also cyclists. His cousins, Leonardo Moser, Matteo Moser, and Moreno Moser, are also part of the cycling family.

During his time on Grande Fratello VIP in 2017, Ignazio Moser started a relationship with Cecilia Rodríguez. She is a model and the sister of Belén Rodríguez. Their relationship became quite popular in the Italian media.
