Aldo Moser (born February 7, 1934 – died December 2, 2020) was a famous Italian cyclist. He was known for his long career and for being part of a family of talented cyclists.

Who Was Aldo Moser?

Aldo Moser was an Italian professional road cyclist. He competed in many big races during his career. He rode in 16 editions of the Giro d'Italia (Tour of Italy). He also took part in 4 editions of the Vuelta a España (Tour of Spain). These races are known as Grand Tours. They are some of the most important and longest cycling events in the world.

Aldo came from a very famous cycling family. His younger brothers, Francesco Moser, Enzo Moser, and Diego Moser, were also professional cyclists. Even his nephews, Leonardo Moser, Ignazio Moser, and Moreno Moser, followed in their footsteps!

Aldo Moser's Passing

Aldo Moser was admitted to a hospital in Trento, Italy, on December 1, 2020. He had COVID-19. Sadly, he passed away from the virus the next day, on December 2, 2020. He was 86 years old.
