Ilham Udin Armaiyn was born on May 10, 1996. He is a professional football player from Indonesia. Ilham plays as a winger for the club PSMS Medan in Liga 2. A winger is a player who plays on the sides of the field, usually helping with attacks.

Early Club Career
Starting with Bhayangkara
On October 21, 2014, Ilham signed a four-year contract with Persebaya ISL (Bhayangkara). He started playing for them in the 2015 Indonesia Super League. His first game was on April 5, 2015. He came into the game in the 57th minute, helping his team win 1–0 against Mitra Kukar at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium.
In 2017, Ilham helped his team win the 2017 Liga 1 title. This was the first major trophy he won in his career.
Playing in Malaysia with Selangor FA
On December 2, 2017, Ilham joined the Malaysia Super League club Selangor. He moved there for free, along with his teammate Evan Dimas. Ilham played his first game for Selangor on February 4, 2018, in a match against Kuala Lumpur F.A.. Selangor won that game 2–0.
During the game, Ilham was tackled and had to leave the field in the 71st minute. On July 27, 2018, he scored his first goal for Selangor in the 2018 Malaysia Super League. However, his team lost that game 3–2 to Melaka United.
Returning to Bhayangkara
In 2019, Ilham went back to play for Bhayangkara in Liga 1. He signed a one-year contract. His first game back was on May 16, 2019, which was a 1–1 draw against Borneo.
On June 21, he helped his team score a goal by giving an assist to Flávio Beck Júnior. That game ended in a 1–1 draw against PSS Sleman. In 2019, he played in 14 league games but did not score any goals.
Time with Barito Putera
Ilham joined Barito Putera to play in Liga 1 for the 2020 season. He played his first game on February 29, 2020. He came on as a substitute in a game where his team lost 4–0 to Madura United.
The season was stopped on March 27, 2020, because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The entire season was later canceled on January 20, 2021.
Moving to PSM Makassar
On June 4, 2021, Ilham signed with PSM Makassar, another club in Liga 1. He played his first game for them on September 5, which was a 1–1 draw against Arema. He also scored his first goal for PSM in that game.
A week later, Ilham scored the first goal in another 1–1 draw against Madura United. On September 23, he scored the winning goal in a 3–2 victory over Persik Kediri. Ilham also provided assists for goals in other matches, showing his skill in setting up plays for his teammates. In the 2021–22 season, he played 28 league games and scored 3 goals.
Joining Arema
Ilham joined Arema on April 11, 2022, along with his teammate Hasyim Kipuw. He helped Arema win the Indonesia President's Cup for the third time. His first league game for Arema was on July 24, 2022, where they lost 0–3 to Borneo Samarinda.
Six days later, he scored his first goal for Arema in a 2–1 win against PSIS Semarang. He came on as a substitute and helped his team win. On August 24, Ilham scored the first goal in a 4–2 win against RANS Nusantara. On February 18, 2023, Ilham scored the winning goal in a 1–0 victory against PS Barito Putera, again coming on as a substitute.
Playing for Malut United
Ilham signed with Maluku Utara United, a club in Liga 2, for the 2023–24 season.
