Ingvild Deila, born in Norway in 1987, is a talented actress. Sometimes, you might see her credited as Ingvild Syntropia. She has acted in all kinds of movies, from smaller independent films to huge blockbuster hits! Her first movie role was as Mina in FISH in 2013. After that, she was super busy, appearing in seven more movies in 2014 alone! This busy start helped her land a role in the amazing Marvel Cinematic Universe as a scientist in Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Ingvild also played the iconic Princess Leia using special motion capture technology in the movie Rogue One (2016).

Joining the Marvel Universe
Ingvild Deila became part of the exciting Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2015. She played the role of a lead scientist at the World Hub in the action-packed film Avengers: Age of Ultron. This was a big step in her career, putting her in a movie with many famous superheroes!
Becoming Princess Leia
In 2016, Ingvild Deila had a special role in the Star Wars movie Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. She briefly appeared as the beloved Princess Leia. Since Rogue One takes place before the very first Star Wars movie from 1977, special computer graphics were used. A computer-generated image of a young Carrie Fisher (the original actress who played Leia) was placed over Ingvild's face. Even the voice of Leia in that scene was created using old recordings of Carrie Fisher saying the word "Hope." This shows how amazing movie technology can be!
