A Bit of History
Intercession City was first known as Interocean City. It was planned to be a resort area with canals that would connect the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
However, the person developing the area ran out of money in the 1920s. This meant he couldn't pay his workers, and the big plans for the resort didn't happen.
