Isla Ratón is a town in Venezuela. It's the main town of the Autana Municipality in the Amazonas state. It's also an island in the Orinoco River, covering about 40 square kilometers. This island is right next to Puerto Carreño in Colombia.

In 2011, about 12,612 people lived here. This makes it the fourth largest town in its state, after Atures. The town is also known as "Ratón del Carmen." It has important places like a mayor's office, health clinics, cultural centers, parks, sports courts, a church, schools, and markets.
