It's Alive! was a super fun Canadian TV show made for kids! It aired on YTV from 1993 to 1997. The show was famous for calling itself "the least educational show on television." This meant it was all about having a great time and being entertaining!

What Was It's Alive! All About?

Show Format Changes
When It's Alive! first started in 1993, it had six episodes. Each episode was 1½ hours long. These longer episodes also included other popular shows. For example, you might see Mighty Morphin Power Rangers or Are You Afraid of the Dark? during It's Alive!.
Starting with the second season, the show became shorter. Episodes were cut down to one hour. The other TV programs were no longer shown within It's Alive!. In its fourth and final season, the show was even shorter. Each episode was only a half-hour long.

This new game show was called Uh Oh!. It became a spin-off show after It's Alive! ended in 1997. Many fans of It's Alive! then went on to watch Uh Oh!.
