Jack, also known as Jack the Explorer, is a cool 3D-animated TV show from Canada. It was shown on TVOntario as part of their TVOKids programs. The series is about an alien named Jack who becomes best friends with a brother and sister. They have to keep Jack a secret from their parents!

The show was first thought up in 2009. It officially started airing on September 7, 2011. The series finished on October 21, 2014. There are 39 main episodes, each about 22 minutes long. Each main episode actually has two shorter stories, making a total of 78 individual adventures!

What is Jack About?

Jack is a super fun alien who loves to explore. His most amazing discovery ever is our planet, Earth! He travels with his alien dog, Rocket, and his robot helper, C.H.I.P. Together, they go on exciting adventures to learn all about Earth.

They get help from three new friends:

  • Nico, a nine-year-old boy.
  • Sam, Nico's younger sister.
  • Yoki, their relaxed friend.

These friends help Jack (and us!) understand how things work on Earth. They also explore things beyond our planet.
