The Town of Jamestown is a small community in Grant County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2020, about 2,077 people lived here.

Several smaller places are part of the Town of Jamestown. These include Kieler and Sandy Hook. Other small communities like Fair Play, Louisburg, and Rutledge are also found within the town. Part of the community of Sinsinawa is also in Jamestown. There was once a "ghost town" called Sinnipee here too.
