Janee' Kassanavoid (born January 19, 1995) is an amazing American athlete. She is a specialist in track and field, focusing on an event called the hammer throw. Janee' is also a member of the Comanche Nation, making her a proud Native American athlete.

Becoming a Champion in Hammer Throw

The hammer throw is an exciting track and field event. Athletes spin around and throw a heavy metal ball, called a "hammer," attached to a wire and handle. The goal is to throw it as far as possible!

Janee's Professional Journey

Janee' Kassanavoid became a professional athlete in 2018. She quickly started making a name for herself. On April 30, 2022, she threw her personal best distance of 78.00 meters (about 256 feet) in Tucson, Arizona. This was a huge achievement!
