Jason Garfield was born on August 9, 1974. He is a famous juggler and entertainer from Norfolk, Connecticut, in the United States. He is also the person who started and leads the World Juggling Federation (WJF).

Sport Juggling and Events
Jason Garfield started creating big events in 2004. Many of these events happened in Las Vegas. Others took place across the United States and even in the United Kingdom.
Jason learned to juggle when he was 11 years old, in 1986. He quickly became known as one of the best jugglers around. He was also known for his unique and sometimes surprising style.
Starting the World Juggling Federation
Jason felt that competitive jugglers did not have enough chances to show their skills. So, in 2003, he created the World Juggling Federation (WJF).
In December 2004, he held the first WJF sport juggling event. This was at the Riviera Hotel. During this event, he also produced seven special juggling competition shows for ESPN.
SkillCon Events
Ten years later, Jason started another big event called SkillCon. This event brings together more than 20 different skill competitions.
In 2019, Jason, the World Juggling Federation, the Moxie Games, and SkillCon returned to downtown Las Vegas. They held events at the Plaza Hotel and Container Park.
Appearing on Cheap Seats
Jason Garfield was once on a TV show called Cheap Seats on ESPN Classic. The show humorously showed him as a very confident person. He even pretended to talk to his juggling props! He would playfully blame them if he made a mistake during his act. Jason did this on purpose to make the show more fun and entertaining for viewers.
Juggling Awards
Jason has won many awards for his amazing juggling skills. Here are some of his top achievements:
- He won the Juniors Championship at the International Jugglers' Association (IJA) Summer Festival in 1988.
- He was the Numbers Championship Winner for individual balls and rings at the IJA Summer Festival in 1990.
- He won the Individuals Winner award at the IJA Summer Festival in 1998.
- He was the Numbers Competition Winner for solo balls, clubs, and rings at the IJA Summer Festival in 2000.
- He won the Numbers Competition Winner for solo rings at the IJA Summer Festival in 2001.
- He was the Individuals Winner again at the IJA Summer Festival in 2002.
