Francisco Javier García de la Camacha Gutiérrez-Ambrossi (born June 24, 1984), known professionally as Javier Ambrossi, is a Spanish writer, producer, and director. He is famous for working with his creative partner, Javier Calvo. Together, they are known as "Los Javis."
The pair has created many successful projects. These include the musical play La llamada and its movie version. They also created popular TV shows like Paquita Salas, Veneno, and La mesías.

Early Life and Education
Javier Ambrossi was born in Madrid, Spain. From a young age, he dreamed of becoming a writer. He studied journalism at the Complutense University of Madrid. He also studied playwriting at the Royal School of Dramatic Arts. His younger sister, Macarena García, is a famous actress.

La llamada
In 2013, Ambrossi and Calvo created a musical called La llamada (The Call). It became a huge hit in Madrid. The story is about two teenage girls at a Catholic summer camp. In 2017, they directed a movie version of the musical called Holy Camp!.
Paquita Salas
In 2016, Los Javis created the web series Paquita Salas. It started as a small project but became very popular. The show is a comedy about a talent agent named Paquita. Netflix later bought the rights to show it worldwide. The show's mockumentary style, which is like a fake documentary, was new and fresh for Spanish television.
Veneno
In 2020, Ambrossi and Calvo created the TV series Veneno. It tells the life story of Cristina Ortiz, known as La Veneno. She was one of the first transgender women to become a major celebrity in Spain. The show was based on a book about her life. It was a huge success and brought in many new subscribers to the streaming service Atresplayer.
La Mesías
In 2023, they released La mesías (The Messiah). This thriller series is about a man dealing with a difficult childhood. The story follows him after he sees a viral video of a Christian pop group. Many people have called it their most ambitious and complex project yet.
Other Projects
Ambrossi and Calvo started their own production company, now called Suma Content. This allows them to create their own projects freely.
Since 2020, Ambrossi has been a panelist on Mask Singer: Adivina quién canta, the Spanish version of the popular show The Masked Singer. He is also a judge on Drag Race España, the Spanish edition of the Drag Race competition series. In February 2024, he co-hosted the 38th Goya Awards, a major Spanish film awards show, with Calvo and the singer Ana Belén.
Personal Life
Javier Ambrossi has been in a relationship with Javier Calvo since 2010. They are known everywhere as "Los Javis" and are very popular on social media. They even proposed to each other during a premiere event for one of their movies.
They both have a matching tattoo that says "Lo hacemos y ya vemos." This translates to "We'll do it and we'll see." The phrase comes from a song in their musical, La llamada, and it shows their adventurous spirit.
