Macarena García de la Camacha Gutiérrez-Ambrossi (born on April 26, 1988) is a talented Spanish actress. She became famous for her role in the 2012 silent film Snow White, which earned her a special award called the Goya Award for Best New Actress. About Macarena García
Macarena García was born in Madrid, Spain, on April 26, 1988. She started learning artistic gymnastics when she was only eight years old. When she turned fourteen, she began to combine gymnastics with dance, including modern dance and funk. She took dance classes at the Carmen Senra and Academia Broadway schools.
She also learned to sing from Rosario Ruiz and Nora Troyani. In recent years, she has added guitar classes to her training. Macarena has an older brother, Javier Ambrossi, who is also an actor and director. She studied psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid.
Her Acting Journey
Macarena got her first acting job when she was thirteen. She played a character named Canelilla in a musical called En nombre de la Infanta Carlota. This musical was shown for several seasons at the Theatre of Madrid. She also performed the main role of Gabriella Montez in the musical High School Musical, acting alongside Daniel Diges.
After her musical theater roles, Macarena started appearing in television series. Some of these include Hospital Central, Punta Escarlata, and The Boarding School. However, she became widely known for her role as Chelo in the series Amar en tiempos revueltos, where she acted from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, she played Vera in the series Luna, el misterio de Calenda.
