Jesús Codina Burgon (born December 18, 1938 – died July 19, 1999) was a talented Spanish basketball player. He was also known by his nickname, Chus. Jesús Codina played for several important teams during his career. He also proudly represented Spain in two Olympic Games.

Early Career and Club Teams

After leaving CB Estudiantes, he joined CB Vigo. He played there for one season, in 1964-1965. Later, he moved to Picadero JC. This was another important period in his career. He stayed with Picadero JC for many years, from 1965 to 1973. Playing for different clubs helped him gain a lot of experience.

Representing Spain in the Olympics

One of the biggest highlights of Jesús Codina's career was playing for his country. He was chosen to be part of the Spanish national basketball team. He competed in the men's basketball tournament at the 1960 Summer Olympics. These games took place in Rome, Italy.
