Jesse E. Johnson (born 1989) is an American educator and former politician. He used to be a member of the Washington House of Representatives.
Johnson represented the 30th legislative district in Washington state. This area covers parts of King County and Pierce County. He was chosen for the legislature in January 2020. This happened after Representative Kristine Reeves left her position.
Before joining the state legislature, Johnson was a member of the Federal Way, Washington City Council. He was the youngest person ever to serve on that council.
Johnson was elected to a full two-year term in November 2020. This meant people voted for him to keep his seat.
In 2022, Johnson decided not to run for another term. He wanted to spend more time with his young family. At that time, he had a 6-month-old child, and his wife was in medical school. His term in office ended in January 2023.
