Jessica Ayanda Nkosi (born 20 January 1990) is a famous South African actress and TV presenter. She is well-known for her main roles in popular TV shows like Isibaya, Ayeye, The Queen, and Lavish.

Jessica Nkosi's Early Life
Jessica Nkosi was born in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Her parents are Jabu Nkosi and Nhlanhlayethu Ntuli. After her parents separated, Jessica moved to Eshowe, also in KwaZulu-Natal. When she was in Grade 11, her father passed away.
Jessica went to the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She first started studying for a law degree. However, she soon changed her mind. She decided to study Drama and Performing Arts instead. She finished her degree in 2012.

In September 2018, Jessica Nkosi and her partner, Uzalo actor Ntokozo Dlamini, welcomed their daughter. They named their daughter Namisa Dlamini.

Acting Roles
Jessica Nkosi started her acting journey in 2013. Her first big role was as Qondisile in the South African TV show Isibaya.
In 2015, she played the character Eve in another show called Ayeye. This show was shown on Mzansi Magic.
Later, in 2020, Jessica took on a new and important role. She became the main female villain, Thando Sebata, in the popular South African TV series The Queen.
Presenting and Hosting
In 2017, Jessica Nkosi also started working as a TV presenter. She co-hosted a show called A-List on BET. Her co-host was Nomzamo Mbatha, who also starred with her in Isibaya.
Jessica has appeared at many big events. These include the Channel O Music Video Awards and the MTV Africa Music Awards. She has also been on shows like V-Entertainment. She even appeared as a celebrity guest on MTV's Lip Sync Battle Africa.
Jessica first appeared on the show Our Perfect Wedding as a guest presenter. She later became the main host for the next season of the show.
In 2024, Jessica Nkosi joined The Masked Singer (South African version) as a contestant. She performed under the mask of Ice Cream. Her identity was revealed on 27 May 2024.
