Jessy Schram is an American actress, model, and singer. She is known for playing many different characters on TV. You might recognize her as Hannah Griffith in Veronica Mars, Karen Nadler in Falling Skies, or Cinderella in Once Upon a Time. She also plays Dr. Hannah Asher in the popular TV show Chicago Med.

Life and Career

Early Life and First Roles

Jessy Schram was born in Skokie, Illinois, on January 15, 1986. She grew up in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, and graduated from Buffalo Grove High School in 2004.

Even as a child, Jessy was in the spotlight. She worked as a model and appeared in TV commercials. When she was 12, she started acting in musical theater. After high school, she moved to Los Angeles to follow her dream of becoming a professional actress.

Her first role on a TV show was in an episode of the Nickelodeon comedy Drake & Josh. Soon after, she appeared in the Jane Doe movie series on the Hallmark Channel. She also had a memorable role in the TV show Veronica Mars as Hannah Griffith.

Rise to Fame

Jessy has appeared in many popular TV shows. She has had guest roles in series like CSI: Miami, House, and The Mentalist.

In 2006, she acted in the movie American Pie Presents: .... In 2010, she played Darcy, the wife of Chris Pine's character, in the action movie Unstoppable.

From 2011 to 2014, Jessy was a main character in the science-fiction show Falling Skies. She played Karen Nadler, a human who becomes involved with an alien invasion.

One of her most famous roles was playing Cinderella (whose real name was Ashley Boyd) in the fantasy series Once Upon a Time. She played this character between 2011 and 2016.

In 2015, Jessy joined the cast of the music drama Nashville as the character Cash Gray. More recently, she became a main character on the medical drama Chicago Med, playing Dr. Hannah Asher.

Besides acting, Jessy is also a talented singer and songwriter. She has even toured and performed with blues musician Joan Baby.

In 2023, Jessy married her longtime boyfriend, Sterling Taylor, in her hometown of Chicago.
