Jim Rose (born July 5, 1953) is a well-known American former sports anchor. He worked for ABC 7 Chicago (WLS-TV), an ABC television station in Chicago, Illinois. Jim Rose started working there in January 1982. Before joining ABC 7 Chicago, he worked at WIXT-TV in Syracuse, New York. He retired on September 15, 2023, after a long career of 41 years in broadcasting at ABC 7 Chicago.
