Joe Blakk released his second single, JB's Revenge, in 1994. This song also became successful. In 1998, he released "Boot Up or Shut Up." This song became his biggest hit. It reached number 41 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. "Boot Up or Shut Up" was later included on his second album. This album was titled Blood, Sweat & Tears.
