John Silas Vann (June 7, 1890 – June 10, 1958) was a baseball player who played as a catcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for just one game. This happened on June 11, 1913, with the St. Louis Cardinals. He was a pinch hitter in that game, meaning he batted in place of another player. In his only chance to bat in the major leagues, he struck out.
