Juan Marasigan Feleo (born February 28, 1948 – died November 19, 2009), known to many as Johnny Delgado, was a very talented Filipino actor, comedian, and writer. He became well-known for his funny roles on the TV show Goin' Bananas. He also starred in popular movies like Kakabakaba Ka Ba? and Tanging Yaman. For Tanging Yaman, he won important awards like the FAMAS Award and the Metro Manila Film Festival Award for Best Actor in 2000.

His Early Life and Family
Johnny Delgado was born as Juan Marasigan Feleo on February 28, 1948, in Manila, Philippines. His father, Ben Feleo, was a film director, and his mother, Victorina Marasigan, was an educator. Johnny went to school at Colegio de San Juan de Letran.
He was married to the famous actress and director Laurice Guillen. They had two daughters, Anna Feleo and Ina Feleo, who also became actresses. Besides his work in movies and TV, Johnny also appeared in a TV commercial for Cherry Coke. After he passed away, he was honored by being added to the Philippines Eastwood City Walk of Fame in December 2010.
His Battle with Illness and Passing
In 2008, Johnny Delgado was diagnosed with cancer. He bravely shared that he was getting chemotherapy and felt he was responding well. In February 2009, he even attended a birthday celebration, looking healthy and strong, and announced that his cancer was in remission.
However, in November 2009, the cancer returned suddenly. He was taken to St. Luke's Medical Center in Quezon City. After leaving the hospital on November 17, he sadly passed away on November 19, 2009, from lymphoma. He was laid to rest at Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina five days later.
