Jordan Patrick Dear Hamilton (born March 17, 1996) is a Canadian soccer player. He plays as a forward, which means he tries to score goals.

Jordan Hamilton's Soccer Journey
Jordan Hamilton started playing soccer at a young age. He has played for many teams in Canada, the United States, and even Europe. He is known for his skill as a forward.
Early Days in Youth Soccer
Jordan began his soccer journey with North Scarborough SC. Later, he played for Ajax SC. He made a big splash in his first U14 Ontario Provincial game. He scored a goal just 8 seconds into the match! This happened during the U14 All-Star Championships in Quebec. He went on to score 6 more goals in that same game.
Playing for Toronto FC
After playing for the TFC Academy for three years, Jordan joined Toronto FC in 2014. This was a big step into professional soccer. He made his first professional appearance in April 2014.
Jordan was sometimes loaned to other teams to get more playing time.
- In 2014, he played for Wilmington Hammerheads FC in the USL Pro league. He scored 5 goals in 11 games there.
- He also played for C.D. Trofense in Portugal for a short time.
- In 2015, he was loaned to Toronto FC II. He scored their first-ever goal in the USL league.
Jordan scored his first two goals for Toronto FC in 2016. This was during the 2016 Canadian Championship against the Montreal Impact. He also scored his first goal in Major League Soccer (MLS) that year.
Time with Columbus Crew SC
In 2019, Jordan moved to Columbus Crew SC. He played for them for two seasons. He later left the club in 2021.
Playing for Indy Eleven and Sligo Rovers
After Columbus, Jordan signed with Indy Eleven in the USL Championship in 2021. He scored 5 goals in 18 games before leaving the club. In 2022, he moved to Ireland to play for Sligo Rovers in the League of Ireland Premier Division.
Joining Forge FC
In August 2022, Jordan returned to Canada. He signed with Forge FC in the Canadian Premier League. He quickly made his debut and scored his first goal for the team. In 2023, he helped Forge FC win their fourth league title. They won the play-off final against Cavalry FC.
Jordan Hamilton's International Career
Jordan has also played for Canada's national soccer teams at different age levels.
Youth National Teams
- He played for the Canada U17 team in the 2013 FIFA U-17 World Cup.
- In 2014, he joined the Canada U20 team. He scored goals against England and Russia in friendly matches. He also scored three goals in the 2015 CONCACAF U-20 Championship.
- From 2016 to 2017, he played for the Canada U23 team. He scored in games against Guyana, Grenada, and Qatar.
Playing for the Senior National Team
Jordan was called up to the Canadian senior team for a training camp in 2014. He made his official debut for Canada in October 2014 against Colombia.
