Jose Manuel Gonzalez Santamaria (born September 19, 1970 in Asturias) is a track and field athlete from Spain. He has a disability: He has cerebral palsy and is a T36 type athlete. He raced at the 1996 Summer Paralympics, the 2000 Summer Paralympics, the 2004 Summer Paralympics, the 2008 Summer Paralympics and the 2012 Summer Paralympics. He was the third runner to finish in the 400 meter T37 race.
