Thomas Harold "Junior" Burrough (born January 18, 1973) is an American former professional basketball player. He played for many teams around the world, including a short time in the NBA.

College Basketball Career
Junior Burrough played college basketball for four seasons at the University of Virginia. He was a strong player, averaging about 15.3 points and 7.2 rebounds in each game. His great performance earned him a spot on the Third-team Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) in both 1994 and 1995.
Professional Basketball Journey
NBA Draft and Early Career
In 1995, Junior Burrough was chosen by the Boston Celtics in the 1995 NBA draft. He was the 33rd player picked overall. He played one season for the Celtics during the 1995–96 season. In 61 games, he averaged 3.1 points and 1.8 rebounds per game.
Playing Around the World
After his time with the Celtics, Junior Burrough moved to Italy. He played for Olimpia Basket Pistoia, where he continued to play well. He averaged 15.4 points and 6.9 rebounds per game there.
He briefly signed with the Charlotte Hornets in 1997 but was later released. From then on, Junior Burrough played for many different teams. He traveled to various countries in America, Asia, and Europe.
He returned to Italy in 2002 to play for Scaligera Basket Verona. In eight games, he averaged 16.6 points and 7.8 rebounds. He also played a few games for JL Bourg Basket in the French league.
Later Career and Retirement
In the summer months, Junior Burrough often played in the Puerto Rican league. He spent five seasons there with four different teams. He had impressive averages of 18.4 points and 8.7 rebounds per game in Puerto Rico. He finished his professional playing career with the Gaiteros del Zulia team in Venezuela.
Coaching After Playing
After he stopped playing basketball professionally, Junior Burrough became a coach. He coached the boys' basketball team at Norfolk Collegiate School in Norfolk, Virginia.
