What is Justin Time About?
This TV series follows the exciting adventures of a boy named Justin. In each episode, Justin faces a common problem. These are things like learning to share or working as a team.
Justin has a special friend named Squidgy. Squidgy can change his shape. Together, they travel through time and around the world. They visit different places and times in history.
In every adventure, they meet their best friend, Olive. Olive always lives in the place they are visiting. She often needs their help with a task. The three friends then work together. They solve the same problem that Justin had in his own world. After their adventure, Justin returns home.
Originally, Justin was supposed to use a time machine. But the creators changed this idea. They wanted the show to focus on fun adventures. This made it easier for younger kids to understand.
In November 2014, Netflix and Disney Junior Canada ordered new episodes. These 13 new episodes were released in spring 2016. They were called Justin Time Go.
Justin Time was nominated for some awards. It was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 2013. This was for Outstanding Preschool Animated Program. It was also nominated for an Annie Award in 2013. This award was for Best Animated Television Production For Preschool Children.
