Justinas Lagunavičius (born September 4, 1924 – died July 15, 1997) was a talented basketball player from Lithuania. He played for the Soviet Union national team. Justinas was known for his skills on the court. He trained with the Žalgiris sports club in his hometown of Kaunas.
