Moving to a New Home

In 2001, the museum moved to its current building. This building is a four-story historic structure made of cast iron. At this time, its name changed to the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft. It still focused on art made by Kentucky artists. The new building gave the museum more space for art shows and learning programs.
