The Kadenicarpus pseudomacrochele is a special type of cactus. It is also known by its older name, Turbinicarpus pseudomacrochele. This small plant belongs to the Cactaceae family, which includes all cacti.
This unique cactus only grows naturally in certain parts of Mexico. You can find it in the states of Hidalgo and Querétaro. It loves hot, dry places like deserts. Sadly, this cactus is an endangered species. This means it is at risk of disappearing forever. Its biggest threat is habitat loss, which is when its natural home is destroyed.
