Kadet was a TV channel from Belgium made just for kids and teens. It was the second children's channel created by a company called Medialaan. This company is now known as DPG Media.

Kadet started broadcasting on December 18, 2015. It took the place of another channel called JIM. Kadet was designed to show programs that kids aged 12-15 would enjoy.

What Happened to Kadet?

Kadet was on air for about three years. In December 2018, Medialaan decided to change its kids' channels. Kadet and another channel, vtmKZOOM, were both rebranded. Kadet became part of the new VTM Kids family of channels.

Shows You Could Watch on Kadet

Kadet often showed programs that were also available on Disney XD. This meant viewers could enjoy many popular cartoons and live-action shows. The channel aimed to provide exciting and fun content for its young audience.
