The Kal Bhairab Temple is a special Hindu temple located in the Chittagong area of Bangladesh. It is dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva. This temple is very well-known because it has a huge linga, which is a symbol used to worship Shiva. Many people believe it's the biggest one in the world! The goddess Kali is also honored and worshipped at this temple.
History of the Temple
The Kal Bhairab Temple was built a long time ago, in the 19th century (the 1800s). Sadly, it was damaged during a war in Bangladesh, but it has since been repaired and restored.
