Before becoming a politician, Mr. Deubet was in charge of a big company. This company was owned by the government of Chad. It focused on producing and selling cotton.
Becoming Prime Minister
Mr. Deubet held important jobs in the government of Chad. He was a minister, which is like a top leader in a specific area. He worked as the Minister of Civil Service and the Minister of Communication.
In November 2013, the previous Prime Minister, Djimrangar Dadnadji, left his job. After this, Kalzeubet Pahimi Deubet was chosen to become the new Prime Minister of Chad. This happened on November 21, 2013.
End of Term
Mr. Deubet served as Prime Minister for over two years. He resigned from his position on February 13, 2016. President Idriss Déby then appointed Albert Pahimi Padacké to take his place.
