Kelcie Herron Banks (born May 8, 1965) is a former American boxer. He was a very successful amateur boxer. He won gold medals at the 1986 World Championships and the 1987 Pan American Games. Kelcie Banks was honored by being added to the USA Boxing Hall of Fame in 1993. He also represented the United States at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
