Kendell Williams (born June 14, 1995) is an American track and field athlete. She is known for competing in "combined events." This means she takes part in several different track and field sports.
Kendell has represented the United States in many big competitions. She won a bronze medal at the 2022 World Athletics Indoor Championships in Belgrade. She also qualified to compete for the U.S. at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Kendell's brother, Devon Williams, is also a track and field athlete.

College Successes
Kendell Williams was an amazing athlete during her college years. She attended the University of Georgia. By the time she finished college in 2017, she had won seven NCAA Division I championships. The NCAA is a big sports organization for colleges in the U.S.
She was also named an All-American. This means she was one of the best college athletes in the country. Kendell won the heptathlon at the 2016 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships. The heptathlon is a competition with seven different events.
Kendell also won the pentathlon three times. The pentathlon has five events. She won it at the 2016 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships and in 2014. She even won the pentathlon four years in a row! This is a special record in college sports. Kendell still holds the national record for the indoor pentathlon with 4703 points.
In 2017, Kendell received the Honda Sports Award. This award goes to the best female college track and field athlete in the nation.

Early Career Highlights
In 2011, Kendell won a bronze medal in the 100 meters hurdles. This was at the 2011 World Youth Championships in Athletics in France. She also competed in the heptathlon at that event.
In 2013, she earned a silver medal in the heptathlon. This was at the 2013 Pan American Junior Athletics Championships in Colombia.
Junior World Champion
Kendell became a junior world champion in 2014. She won the gold medal in the 100 meters hurdles. This big win happened at the 2014 World Junior Championships in Athletics in her home country, the United States.
Senior Level Achievements
As a senior athlete, Kendell continued to achieve great things. She placed sixth in the pentathlon at the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships. Later that year, she competed in the Olympic Games in Brazil.
In 2019, Kendell finished fifth in the heptathlon. This was at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Qatar. She also placed fifth in the heptathlon at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Japan.
