The Khartoum Resolution (Arabic: قرار الخرطوم) was an important agreement made on September 1, 1967. It happened at a meeting of Arab leaders in Khartoum, the capital city of Sudan. This meeting took place right after the Six-Day War, a conflict that involved Israel and several Arab countries.

The resolution is most famous for a part called the "Three Noes" (Arabic: اللاءات الثلاث). These three points were: "No peace with Israel, no negotiation with Israel, and no recognition of Israel." This showed the strong feelings of the Arab leaders at that time.
