Kienersrüti used to be a small town, or municipality, in Switzerland. It was located in the Bern canton, near the town of Thun. On January 1, 2014, Kienersrüti joined with a bigger town called Uttigen.

It was once the third-smallest independent town in its canton. Kienersrüti was mostly a farming area. People sometimes called it "the one street lantern town" because it was so small.
