Time with Celtic

Celtic, a famous football club in Scotland, became interested in Mizuno. In January 2008, they confirmed they wanted to sign him. However, he needed a special work permit to play in Scotland.

At first, he was not given the permit. But Celtic's manager, Gordon Strachan, spoke up for him. Strachan said that Mizuno was a very talented young player. Because of this, Mizuno was allowed to sign with Celtic on January 29, 2008.
