Kola Escocesa is a popular soft drink from Peru. Its name means "Scottish cola." This fizzy drink is made by the Yura company. The company is located in the town of Yura, which is close to the city of Arequipa.

Kola Escocesa has been made since the 1950s. It uses mineral water that comes from the company's own water source. This makes the drink special.

You can find Kola Escocesa in different sizes. It comes in plastic bottles of 440 ml, 600 ml, and 1.5 litres. There are also glass bottles available in 600 ml and 1.5 L sizes.

The plastic bottles are clear and have a bright red label. The glass bottles are also clear, but they have white writing printed directly on the glass.

It can be a bit tricky to find Kola Escocesa outside of the city of Arequipa. It is mostly sold in that area.

There is also a "light" version of Kola Escocesa. This variant has no sugar. The light plastic bottles look a bit different. Their red label fades to white near the bottom. These bottles also say "light" on the label instead of "clasica."
