Kyohei Sugiura was born on January 11, 1989, in Shizuoka prefecture, Japan. He started his football journey in high school. From 2004 to 2006, he played for Shizuoka Gakuen High School. This was where he developed his skills as a young player.
Starting Professional Football
Kyohei began his professional career in 2007. His first team was Kawasaki Frontale. This team plays in the J1 League, which is Japan's top football league. He stayed with Kawasaki Frontale until 2012. During his time there, his team was a runner-up in the J1 League in both 2008 and 2009. They also finished second in the J.League Cup in 2007 and 2009.
Playing for Different Teams
