Lénault was a small town, also known as a 'commune,' located in northwestern France. It was part of the Calvados area in the Normandy region. This area is famous for its beautiful hilly landscapes, often called 'Norman Switzerland' because it looks a bit like the mountains in Switzerland.
On January 1, 2016, Lénault joined with other towns to form a new, larger commune called Condé-en-Normandie. This kind of merger happens when smaller towns combine to create a bigger community.
