Leonard Harvey Smith (born December 19, 1948) is an American politician from the Democratic Party. He served in the General Assembly from 2008 to 2010. He represented the 31st legislative district. Before that, he was the Acting Mayor of Jersey City, New Jersey. He also served in the New Jersey Senate.
