La Aguada y Costa Azul is a small village located in the southeastern part of Uruguay. It is found in the Rocha Department, which is one of the country's departments.

This village is right on the Atlantic Ocean coast. It is next to another town called La Paloma to the south. A railroad track forms the border between them. To the north, it shares a border with Arachania.

La Aguada y Costa Azul officially became a "Pueblo," which means a village, on December 21, 1995. This happened because of a special law called Ley Nº 12.253.
