La Chapelle-Yvon was a small town, or commune, located in the Calvados area of Normandy, a region in northwestern France. On January 1, 2016, La Chapelle-Yvon joined with other nearby towns to form a new, larger commune called Valorbiquet.
People Living in La Chapelle-Yvon
The number of people living in La Chapelle-Yvon changed over the years. In 1962, about 448 people lived there. The population went down a bit to 384 by 1975. However, it started to grow again, reaching 525 people in 1990. By 1999, the population was around 499, and in 2008, it was about 508 people.
