Labé is an important region located in the north-central part of Guinea, a country in West Africa. It shares its borders with the countries of Senegal and Mali. Within Guinea, Labé is next to other regions like Faranah, Kindia, Mamou, and Boké.
The main city and capital of the Labé Region is called Labé. In 2014, about 995,717 people lived in the Labé Region. The region covers an area of about 22,869 square kilometers (8,829 square miles).
