The Lady Keystone Open was a professional golf tournament held each year from 1975 to 1994. It was part of the LPGA Tour, which stands for Ladies Professional Golf Association. The LPGA Tour is where the best women golfers from all over the world compete. This tournament was mainly played at the Hershey Country Club in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
In its very first year, 1975, the Lady Keystone Open was a "satellite event." This means it was a smaller tournament, not yet a full part of the main LPGA Tour schedule. But it quickly grew! By 1976, it became a full LPGA Tour event, attracting top players.
