Laniers Creek is a small stream, about 6 miles (9.6 km) long, located in Randolph County, North Carolina. It flows into the Uwharrie River. This particular stream is the only one with the name Laniers Creek in the entire United States.

Laniers Creek begins its journey in a pond. This pond is located near a place called Complex, North Carolina. From there, the creek flows generally towards the east. It continues its path until it reaches and joins the Uwharrie River. This meeting point is about 1.5 miles (2.4 km) east of a town called New Hope.
