Lavina is a small town located in Golden Valley County, Montana, in the United States. It sits on the north bank of the Musselshell River. In 2020, about 136 people lived there.
Lavina started as a stagecoach stop in 1882. This was a place where stagecoaches could stop for a break or to change horses. The town officially became a town in 1920.
