Le V is like two buildings in one! It has a hotel part and an apartment part.
The Hotel Section
The hotel part of Le V is called the Courtyard Marriott Montreal Centre-ville. It has 212 rooms for guests. This hotel takes up the first twelve floors of the building.
The Apartment Section
Above the hotel, from the 13th floor up, are the apartments. There are 240 apartments in total. This part of the building is known simply as Le V. People can rent these apartments to live in.
